Solution
Based on the acoustic wind tunnel test stand project, there are high standards required: closed-loop vector control with high speed and torque, multiple precision measurement and test instruments, and strong immunity to interference. Meanwhile, the equipment can operate continuously and maintain system performance under electronic noise, RF interference and vibration environments.
The NANCAL Electric VFD has a power setting of 1.2 times and can operate overload for a long period of time. The VFD mainly includes: transformer cabinet, power cell cabinet, control cabinet, output filter cabinet, and etc. Its main functional features are described below:
VFD is 36 pulsed rectifier with 10kV input. Low harmonics of input is to ensure safe and stable operation of other equipment on the grid side.
PWM output has 11 phase pulses and 21 line pulses. The output is configured with LC filtering device to ensure better output waveform. The output has a low du/dt. The output waveform does not cause resonance of the motor. Torque ripple is less than 0.1%.
The control system is designed with fan and dust-proof. The hardware is industrial grade and fully enclosed. The cabinet door is designed with anti-interference sealing strip.
The power cell adopts fiber optic signal transmission with strong anti-interference ability.
The system is equipped with an encoder with 4 times frequency control arithmetic to ensure the speed accuracy of the motor is controlled within 0.02%.
The VFD has a strong anti-interference capability. It can operate continuously and maintain system performance under electronic noise, RF interference and vibration environment.
