The First Employee Skill Competition of Nancal Electric Ends Successfully

Recently, “The First Employee Skill Competition of Nengtuan Electric” was successfully concluded in Lingang Manufacturing Base, which aimed to further enhance the overall quality of the company's manufacturing and testing operations and motivate employees to refine their professional skills.

The competition lasted for one week, including electronic soldering, power cell installation, power cell testing, secondary wiring, machine installation and machine testing, covering the primary process of VFD production. Seventy-four employees from the electronic, assembly and test group competed fiercely, ultimately yielding six champions, five runners-up, and five third-place winners.

   

A good product should be well-designed and well-manufactured, while a great product necessitates skilled craftsmen. Welding each circuit board, installing each power cell and testing each complete machine set are the ultimate expressions of our philosophy “Quality Achieves Customer Value”.
