In 2025, Nancal Electric successfully delivered the world's highest-capacity Compressed Air Energy Storage (CAES) medium voltage drive. This system drives a 300MW-class CAES unit with a one-drives-three configuration, supporting flexible switching among three busbar power supplies and enabling disturbance-free grid connection via variable-frequency soft start. It provides stable operational support for this large-scale CAES project.
